We are available every day from 9am to 3pm and service all equipment supplied by us. We only service our products.

Professional service

The maintenance and service is provided by our technicians with many years of experience. Frequently, a technician is not required, and we are able to solve the problem with a remote connection.

The advantage of a service contract

Maintenance can also be provided through a service contract, which includes regular inspections at periodic intervals.

Service can be arranged with us for all our barriers, turnstiles, parking systems and road barriers. Would you like regular, preventive maintenance? The best solution is to sign a service contract and we will make sure everything works as it should. We only service AUTOGARD® products.

We also provide service remotely via the monitoring centre.

All our products are accompanied by detailed materials, which provide information on installation requirements, operating conditions and settings. Our materials also contain information on servicing and maintenance of the equipment. We will be happy to provide you with these materials, please contact us at servis@autogard.cz.

Warranty conditions

Our products have a 24 month warranty, starting from the date of sale. In the case of an Extended Warranty Contract, we provide an extended warranty for the entire duration of the contract.
